How does the Savings Guarantee work?

We will guarantee that your solar plant will generate a certain number of units over 5 years per kWp installed capacity. Here are the details:

For Ahmedabad:
- – Say your plant only generates 1,200 units in year 1. So you’ll get a compensation of ₹2,400 {(1500 – 1200) x 8} from us
- – Similarly, for years 2 to 5, if your plant makes 5,300 units, you will get a compensation of ₹4,000 {(5800 – 5300) x 8} at the end of year 5 from us
For Surat and Vadodara:
- – Say your plant only generates 1,200 units in year 1. So you’ll get a compensation of ₹2,000 {(1450 – 1200) x 8} from us
- – Similarly, for years 2 to 5, if your plant makes 5,300 units, you will get a compensation of ₹2,400 {(5600 – 5300) x 8} at the end of year 5 from us
For Hyderabad:
- – Say your plant only generates 1,200 units in year 1. So you’ll get a compensation of ₹1,600 {(1400 – 1200) x 8} from us
- – Similarly, for years 2 to 5, if your plant makes 5,300 units, you will get a compensation of ₹2,400 {(5600 – 5300) x 8} at the end of year 5 from us
Compensation terms and conditions
1. We’ll use the data from your inverter to calculate your savings
2. Your assistance will ensure a seamless experience. This includes providing:
- – A ladder that meets our specifications
- – Clean water for panel maintenance
- – Electricity for the motor
- – Easy roof access
3. The following cases are exceptions and not covered by our Savings Guarantee:
- – Power outages: Your solar plant relies on the grid. If there’s a power cut, the plant won’t generate electricity. This includes intentional disconnection from your end too.
- – Internet connection: Our team monitors your plant remotely, requiring a steady internet connection. Disconnection can lead to unit loss
- – Shadows & dirt: Shadows from new constructions or excessive dirt (causing 8% or more loss) can affect efficiency
- – Cleaning schedule: We ensure your solar plant is clean, but missed cleaning due to your unavailability can impact performance
- – Beyond warranty damages: We cover unit loss costs when the damage is within the warranty scope
- – Unpredictable events: Events such as floods and earthquakes, beyond our control, can affect the operation of your solar plant
